How long will it take to get my order?
It all depends on where you are. Orders are first processed in our fulfillment centers, where a full quality check is performed in-order to ensure you only receive the best of the best. This process takes about 1-2 days and then the orders are sent to our amazing delivery team who then helps ensure the integrity of your order and makes sure it reaches right to your doorstep on time. Deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details and tracking numbers will be provided upon ordering.
How can I check the status of my order?
Upon ordering you will receive a tracking number emailed to the same email address from which the order was placed. You can use that to track exactly where your product is at all times and when it will be delivered! You can also visit https://www.drippet.ca/track to track your order at any time.
Can I return my product?
We always aim to ensure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we are happy to help. Products must be returned within 30 days of purchase, packaging sealed, and no wear or tear. Accessories and bedding are not eligible for return. I've accidently put the wrong address and/or size what can I do?
Please contact us at drippet.help@gmail.com as soon as possible and if the order hasn't already shipped, we will be able to take care of that for you.
Can I get my product personalized?
Some of the products on our site have the option to be customized to your wishes. Those products will have the 'Customizable' text written next to their titles to help you identify which ones you can personalize. You can contact us at drippet.help@gmail.com for more info.
